England 'green card system' mooted by SNP MP
SNP's Roger Mullin says Scotland could remain in single market after Brexit with England adopting a "green card system" to control immigration. The economy spokesman said he was speaking as an individual MP, not on behalf of the SNP.
He also told Carolyn Quinn on the Westminster Hour that he did not see any need for a "hard border" between Scotland and England if the former stayed in the European Union.
