Like the high visibility jacket and a big pair of boots, the yellow hard hat used to be an essential for any construction site. But not any longer it seems, as yellow is being phased out in the building world. Instead in this new colour coded era black, orange, white and blue helmets are taking over. Robert Champion has more on the demise of the yellow hard hat.
