Hamilton: UKIP 'better without a leader'

UKIP's Welsh Assembly leader rules himself out of running for national leader after Diane James stood down, less than three weeks after being elected.

He brushed off criticism from previous leader Nigel Farage, who said the former Tory MP in the top job would be a "horror story".

And Mr Hamilton told Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil: "UKIP seems to do better without a leader than the Labour Party is able to do with one."
