Imagine finding out that the people you thought were your parents were really your aunt and uncle - and that your relatives are in fact your biological parents.

We discussed this usually hidden form of adoption with Asian Network presenter Suzi Mann, who made a documentary about the issue.

We also heard from Kam Kumar, who was given to relatives as a gift at just four days old and found out she was adopted at the age of six.
