Women's Sport Week

We're joined by Caroline Spanton from the WRU and others to discuss Women's Sport Week

Today marks the start of Women's Sport Week- a UK-wide campaign which aims to increase the profile of women's sport across the UK.

Women in Wales are less likely than men to take part in sport - Sport Wales released a survey earlier this year which found thirty five percent of women are regularly active compared to forty-six percent of men.

We talk Caroline Spanton the national manager for women's rugby at the WRU, Ffion James- Becky James's younger sister and a GB U23 cyclist and Jess Morgan National Manager for Us Girls.
