Mitchell: The UN has been 'hobbled' over Syria
Senior Conservative Andrew Mitchell says it "beggars belief" the world community "can stay silent" over Syria.
The former International Development Minister told the Westminster Hour that the UN had been left "impotent" by a shredding of the international rules-based system "that we haven't seen since the 1930s".
