'The UK has been too passive in Syrian conflict'
Syrian academic Bassma Kodmani says the West has to stop "standing by" during the Syrian "genocide".
The former spokesperson of the Syrian National Council also told Westminster Hour reporter John Beesley that the conflict would not simply be solved by defeating Isis.
