How to Live an Everyday Yogic Life

People often talk about traditional yoga practice and what it means beyond physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). Indian-born Londoner Ushma Williams was brought up practising yoga at home with her family in south Bombay in the late 1960s and early '70s. In this extended interview, she talks to Mukti Jain Campion, producer/presenter of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 4's The Secret History of Yoga, and describes how her father passed on the teaching of his own guru to her and her sister about how to incorporate yoga into all aspects of daily life.
