The world's top oil producers are to make a decision on cutting output this week; Former IMF head Rodrigo Rato goes on trial today for corruption; India launch another satellite

Members of the oil cartel OPEC are in Algiers today for an energy conference, ahead of informal talks later in the week. Some analysts expect an agreement to be reached on cutting output. We ask Miswin Mahesh, a commodities expert at Barclays how realistic this is.

A former head of the IMF and economy minister, Rodrigo Rato goes on trial today in Spain on charges of corruption. It's alleged that he and 65 other former executives from the Spanish banking giant Bankia misused corporate credit card to the tune of $13 million.
