Loughton: New grammar schools would be 'far more flexible'
The former Children's Minister says a new wave of grammar schools will offer more social mobility. Tim Loughton told the Westminster Hour that new schools could also offer entry at 14 and 16 as well as 11 and could be concentrated in "less well-off urban areas".
