A new financial thriller, 'Equity', shatters film stereotypes about women on Wall Street in that its lead characters are all female. Does it reflect the reality of life in investment banking? We discuss the question with Tamara Box, managing partner for Europe and the Middle East for the global law company Reed Smith, and Brenda Trenowden, head of the Financial Institutions Group for Europe at ANZ bank. And we ask what role paternity leave and shared parental leave can play in helping women along the career ladder with Rachel Laurence of the New Economics Foundation research centre.
