Halfon: Apprentice Levy will be in place by April
Skills Minister Robert Halfon refuses to delay levy despite concern from businesses. He told Carole Walker on the Westminster Hour that the Apprentice Levy was a "changemaker" that would raise Β£2.5bn and enable the Government to fund apprentices "right across the board".
