Neill: Right to keep prisoners isolated from 'predators'

Justice Committee chairman Bob Neill says government reforms to isolate jailed hate preachers are right. Speaking to Carolyn Quinn on the Westminster Hour, the Conservative MP said it was appropriate to keep dangerous prisoners in "small units of isolation".
