'We have to be honest about the lack of doctors'
The pressure on the NHS in England has never been greater, and perhaps the most acute pressure is on A&E. As an indicator of the myriad problems at A&E, a hospital in Lincolnshire warned on Wednesday that it may have to close at night. For two medical perspectives, Kirsty Wark spoke to the reproductive health expert and Labour peer Lord Winston and Rachel Clarke, a junior doctor who has worked in A&E.
