A campground that makes everyone starry-eyed
Darkness isn’t just necessary to see the stars. It’s also critical for human health. But light pollution from urban centres is now so bad that more than half of the people on Earth can’t see the Milky Way. A group of astronomers in a remote campground in New Mexico want to make sure that more people get a good look at the night sky.
