Couple making ice cream from goats' milk

A couple from Cottingham, near Corby, has started to make ice cream from goats' milk - one of only a handful of companies to attempt it in the UK.

Ganders Goat Farm makes 140 litres of ice cream a week, selling it at farmers' markers and fairs in the region.
