Armitstead has 'no excuse' for missed drugs tests
Olympic gold medallist rower Mark Hunter says Team GB cyclist Lizzie Armitstead has βgot out of jailβ after missing three drugs tests.
The world road cycling champion and Olympic silver medallist was suspended on 11 July pending disciplinary action - but appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
She successfully argued the first of the tests should be declared void.
"If you miss one test you should sleep by the door,β fellow Briton Hunter told George Riley and the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ chief sports writer Tom Fordyce on 5 live Sport.
βThere's no excuse in my eyes. It's a monumental cock-up. She's very lucky - she's got a get out of jail free card here."
