There's news on the Humber St. Sesh and the sixth, Goole Beach Day. Neil is also joined by Hull PhD student of music and pageant queen Rebecca Lancashire.
There's news on the Humber St. Sesh. Over two hundred acts have been lined up across 14 stages. We hear how this event is being organised and what's on offer. Neil speaks to Emily Dawson, the manager of the main stage. We also hear from acoustic performer, Max Taylor-Stafford who's appearing at the festival.
There's more on the Humber St. Sesh with Alan Raw. He's the host for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing Stage. Although running throughout the day, Saturday evening will also see Alan presenting his Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing programme, live from the stage area.
The centre of Goole gets a seaside make-over today. The sixth, Goole Beach Day pitches up in the centre of the town. And Chairman of 'Business in Goole', Peter Sanderson will be talking to Neil about it.
Also featured in the programme is Sean Stanhope from the Yorkshire Goldwings motorcycling group.The group members are taking part in a huge motorcycle event at the Driffield Rugby Club this weekend, which is taking Disney as it's theme.
Neil is also joined by Hull PhD student of music, Rebecca Lancashire. Pageant champion Rebecca has just been crowned, Royal UK Miss 2016/2017. She will now go on to represent the UK in the international competition which is to be held in Florida in the United States.
