A man who has to give police 24-hours notice before having sex with a woman for the first time, after being found not guilty of rape, has described his βliving hell.β
After being cleared, the judge took the described him as "a very dangerous individual", after a fascination with sadomasochism was raised during his trial.
It prompted North Yorkshire police to apply for the order which means he has to tell police the name, address and date of birth of any woman he wants to have any form of sexual activity 24 hours in advance.
He has spoken exclusively to the Victoria Derbyshire Programme.
