New Transport Secretary, Chris Grayling, discussed the Heathrow expansion and HS2 projects with Mark Mardell.

Mr Grayling said he plans to "move rapidly" on making a decision on the possible expansion of either Heathrow or Gatwick airports, and that he had "no plans to back away from the HS2 project."
