Luxembourg whistleblowers found guilty of leaking documents
Two whistleblowers have been found guilty of leaking documents related to the tax affairs of multinational companies. A court in Luxembourg convicted Antoine Deltour and Raphael Halet of stealing private documents from their accountancy firm - Pricewaterhouse Coopers - and passing them to a journalist. The LuxLeaks case - as it's become known - exposed so-called 'sweetheart' tax deals between companies including Pepsi and Deutsche Bank and the Luxembourg tax authorities. The brother of Antoine Deltour, Romain, told us how he was feeling about his brother being given a 12 month suspended sentence.
