New Saints captain Wood says the club 'want to get back to best'

Tom Wood says the Saints had a "good sit down and comprehensive review" with director of rugby Jim Mallinder after finishing outside the Premiership play-off places last season in fifth.

The 29-year-old flanker said that the club are hoping to achieve better this season and "get back to best".
