A group of men trafficked to Britain to work in chicken farms have won a legal battle against a company previously described as the UK's worst gangmaster.

The six men, who are all from Lithuania, are the first victims of so-called 'modern slavery' to successfully sue the company that exploited them.

A High Court judge ruled that DJ Houghton Catching Services in Kent had failed to pay them properly, or provide proper facilities to wash, rest, eat and drink. Tom Symonds reports.
