The Iraqi military says it's recaptured the main government buildings in the city of Fallujah from the Islamic State group; British MPs pay tribute to their murdered colleague and express concern about their own safety; The international aid agency, Médecins Sans Frontières says it's no longer taking funds from the European Union and its member states.
