African-American movie producer Effie Brown, who clashed with the actor Matt Damon over the lack of diversity within the industry is in London to encourage ethnic minority film-makers.
Damon publicly apologised for downplaying the importance of diversity while judging the HBO reality show Project Greenlight, which gives first-time directors the chance to make a movie. The incident took place before the Oscars race row.
She spoke to Norman Smith about her hopes for 'inclusiveness' in the film industry.
