US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew is urging closer ties for foreign businesses in China. We have analysis from Adam Dunnett of the European Union Chamber of Commerce, and Professor David Zweig, director of the Centre on China's Transnational Relations at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Also in the programme, the New Alliance Initiative, which aims to lift 50 million Africans out of poverty, is facing restrictions from the European Parliament. Kenya is preparing to announce its annual budget on Wednesday, with a boost expected for infrastructure, but there's concern over the completion of existing projects.
