Ady Williams 'Brian was on thin ice for a little while'
Former Reading captain and Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire presenter Ady Williams discusses the sacking of Brian McDermott.
"I'm not surprised because in modern day football it's a results business. If you finish 17th in the Championship, you are on thin ice, and Brian's been on thin ice for a little while".
"A club like Reading has to push for a top 6 finish. We are not a side finishing 17th in the Championship, that is not good enough."
"The environment at the football club has been poor."
"I want to see someone with a proven record in the Championship, and of getting teams out of the league."
