Nut allergies: Should restaurants be doing more?

An Indian takeaway owner has been found guilty of the manslaughter of a customer with a nut allergy.

Mohammed Zaman had been substituting the thickening agent almond powder with ground nut mix, which contained peanuts, as a way of cutting costs.

Joanna spoke to Nathalie Dyson-Coope and Josh Abbott, who deal with nut allergies, and Mark Laurie and Gos Gosal, who work in the food industry, about whether restaurants should be doing more to protect customers.
