Mantostaan at the Cannes film festival
Chetan Anand's Neecha Nagar went to Cannes in 1946 - it walked away sharing the highest prize of the competition. Now, India is trying to reclaim the position at the most well respected film festival in the world. Directors like Anurag Kashyup and Dibaker Bannerjee have already started by picking up awards and now Rahat Karzmi is hoping to follow with his film being screened tomorrow. It's called Mantostaan and our Entertainment Reporter Haroon Rashid has been taking a look at it.
