The dish so delicious, it just might kill you
It's official-- the cuisine of northern Thailand is in. Restaurants from LA to Boston are now specialising in this herbier, meatier version of mainstream Thai food. But one thing Americans may not know about northern Thai cuisine is that locals like their beef raw ... and bloody. The reporter Patrick Winn decided to try it, and he started his foodie journey in Boston.
