South Africa's High Court will allow lawsuits from miners affected by lung diseases.
South Africa's High Court has given the green light to class action lawsuits from miners affected by lung diseases, such as silicosis and tuberculosis. Thousands of current and former gold miners could now make legal claims amounting to millions of dollars. Dhashen Moodley from the South African Broadcasting Corporation has been following the story. The CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has launched an investigation into allegations that the social media site has been censoring political views.
