Despite a background working for investment bank Goldman Sachs, US Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson did not appear to see the clouds on the economic horizon and minimised the extent of the problems. He is now presiding over an unprecedented bailout of the banks. Do he and former employer Goldman Sachs bear any responsibility for the crisis?
