Will the British government's tough new approach to benefits reduce 'welfare culture?'
The British government has recently set out a tough new approach to unemployment and sickness benefits. If the plan is enacted, virtually nobody will be able to claim benefits without showing that they are working or preparing for work, with sanctions for those 'playing the system.' Will the plan for welfare reform work?
