Film-maker's take on Egyptian Identity

What does it really mean to be Egyptian in the 21st century? With Nadja Kamel, film-maker

Egyptian film-maker Nadia Kamel asks what does it really means to be Egyptian in the 21st century, when religion has become so central to the national identity.
She talks about her recent film, Salata Baladi (Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ-made Salad) that tells the story of her own multicultural family and its history of mixed marriages. It is not unique in Egypt but it's one that many people there want to forget.
