A Northamptonshire woman, who was stalked for 18 months, is backing calls for a register for those who persistently stalk others. It comes as the Sunflower Centre, a service that supports victims of stalking in Northamptonshire, say they've seen a rise in the number of referrals they've had for harassment and stalking.
