Guinea pig meat business takes top prize
Nearly two hundred entrepreneurs gathered in Uganda at the end of last week to attend Youth Business International's global entrepreneur awards. The event, organised by a charity originally set up by Britain's Prince Charles, shortlisted four finalists - from Sweden, Sri Lanka, India and Peru. The winner runs a business selling guinea pig meat. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Catherine Byaruhanga was there and can give us more of the finer details such as what this exotic dish actually tastes like.
