Beekeepers urge governments to fund research into colony collapse disorder
Almost a third of global farm output depends on animal pollination, largely by honey bees.
With colony collapse disorder spreading in both America and Europe, the plight of the honey bee puts the world's thin margin of food security at risk and beekeepers want governments to step in and fund research. But is it too little too late?
