Are India's urban agriculturalists a potential public health hazard?

The first of two programmes looking at farming in cities. Andrew Luck-Baker reports from Hyderabad, capital of southern India, where, alongside the high rises and tech industries, tens of thousands of urban agriculturalists, including buffalo farmers, continue to exist. But is this an example of a successful mixed local economy or a potential public health hazard?
