Can anything be done to combat coastal erosion in Norfolk, England?

In the Anglo-Saxon period, Dunwich was the capital of the East Angles, but the harbour and most of the town have since disappeared into the sea. Other communities in Norfolk have seen homes and businesses vanish due to coastal erosion. With sea levels rising triggered by climate change, can anything be done to combat it? Mark Whitaker reports.
