What does the world make of the Panama papers? Mark Mardell talks to experts at a conference on the global economy by Lake Como in Italy. The papers are not on the agenda, but everyone's talking about them over coffee.

The conference is being run by the private think tank, Abrosetti House, headed by the former banker Valerio De Molli. "Bomb all the fiscal havens," he says. "Why should you allow unfair competition based on different tax layers?"
