Pothole fund 'victory' for Northampton constituents

Northampton North MP, Michael Ellis, says a Β£50m pothole fund for England is a "victory" for his constituents.
Northamptonshire will be receiving about Β£711,000 this year to repair potholes.
In the Autumn Statement the Chancellor said the fund was partly down to Mr Ellis lobbying the treasury.
