Should Britain's tax havens be closed?
The secretive financial practices of Britain's overseas territories are in the spotlight following the release of more than 11 million leaked documents relating to the practices of the Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca. The 'Panama Papers' found that many of the shell companies created by Mossack Fonseca were registered in British Overseas Territories. Andrew Rosindell is an MP for Britain's governing Conservative Party, and the Chair of the All-Party Group on Overseas Territories. Richard Brooks is a British journalist and former tax inspector. Andrew Rosindell started by defining a 'British Overseas Territory'.
