Gambling industry to carry out community 'risk assessments'

There is a bookmaker or casino on nearly every high street in Britain but is enough being done to stop people from getting addicted to gambling? New regulations come into force tomorrow in England, Wales and Scotland forcing every bookmaker near schools, hostels for homeless people or other communities seen as "high risk" to carry out a "risk assessment" showing they have thought about what they can do to stop problem gambling.
