Radar reveals intensity of Suffolk storm
The Suffolk sky was alight on Sunday night as a band of heavy showers and electrical storms moved across the county.
Wattisham had the highest reported rainfall during the band of thunderstorms which moved from the English Channel up to Suffolk.
The recorded rainfall was 14mm between 19:00 and 01:00, with the majority falling between 22:30 and 23:30.
Storms were at their most intense over southeast Suffolk,including the Ipswich, Woodbridge and Stowmarket areas.
