Disability budget 'to rise by more than Β£1bn'
The Conservative government will spend more in real terms on disability payments than any Labour administration, George Osborne has said.
Delivering his Budget, he told MPs that the money would be "better targeted" at those who needed it most, and that the budget would rise by more than Β£1bn.
