There is now a legal duty placed on all statutory bodies under the UK Government's counter-radicalisation programme to 鈥渉ave due regard to prevent people from being drawn in to terrorism鈥�. Nowhere has the policy proven more controversial than in universities, where they also have a duty to protect freedom of speech.
