In a country where there are huge divides between the rich and the poor and its urban and rural communities, it’s a task which has recently been mired by one aspect - cheating. Rahul Tandon travels to Bihar, one of India 's poorest states, where the practise of cheating is rampant. In Bihar it’s been commonplace to see students hire someone to take their exams or bring in books in whilst sitting them. The exams are on this week so will they be cheating free as the local government had promised?
