A Bequest of Old Masters on Show
The Old Masters left to the nation by a Count are now on show at the Courtauld Institute
Critic Edward Lucie-Smith on the Old Master paintings bequeathed to the British nation by Count Antoine Seilern, now on show at Courtauld Institute, London. The soundtrack of Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit musical Cats is now on release and the composer tells how he came to adapt the poems that T.S.Eliot wrote for his godchildren. Biographer Victoria Glendinning discusses her new biography, Dame Edith Sitwell: A Unicorn among Lions.
