Brazilian Hero's Quest comes to the London Stage

Brazilian epic is brought to life in London, and Mozart's "lost" symphony is rediscovered

The Brazilian Grupo de Teatro's fantastical production of MacunaΓ­ma, based on the novel by MΓ΅rio de Andrade about a mythical hero, is a highlight of the International Theatre Festival in London. "A very brilliant little symphony" is how conductor Christopher Hogwood describes Mozart's "lost" Symphony in F, rediscovered and performed for the first time since 1765. New novels by three women in their forties: Marital Rights by Margaret Forster, Darling Daughters by Elizabeth Troop, Games by Elizabeth North.
