Driverless lorries heading for British roads

Convoys of driverless lorries are to take to Britain's motorways this year as part of a government trial aimed at cutting congestion and fuel consumption. The HGVs will travel in convoys, with a driver in the leading lorry.

It's thought a relatively quiet stretch of the M6 in Cumbria could be the first location for the trial -- details of which will be announced in next week's budget. John Ironmonger reports.
